Roasted cod loin in banana leaf, baby vegetables, coriander, coconut cream

Confit leg of lamb, cumin courgettes, baby vegetables, Madeira sauce

Pork loin, rösti, crackling, baby vegetables, three mustard sauce

Herb fed chicken breast, hazelnut crumbs, baby vegetables, ginger beer sauce

Queen scallop casserole, samphire, baby vegetables, beurre blanc

Ultra fondant chocolate and caramel cake, caramel tuile, crème anglaise
