Starters

Wild mushroom tart with smoked duck breast, burrata, and red wine mustard dressing

Harrogate blue soufflé, figs and white Port sauce

Mixed confit beetroot, radish pickles, beetroot foam and goat cheese crumble

Black rice risotto with king prawns, lobster coulis and parmesan tuile

Cucumber cannelloni filled with smoked haddock rillettes, leaves and yuzu mayonnaise

 

 

Main Courses

Stone bass fillet, cheddar and broccoli croquette, baby vegetables and beurre blanc

Ox cheeks Bourguignon - bacon, button mushrooms, baby vegetables, red wine sauce

Pan fried pheasant breast, apple samosa, baby vegetables, Rivesaltes wine sauce

Free range chicken breast, hazelnut crumbs, baby vegetables, sloe gin sauce

Lamb breast stuffed with cranberry, baby vegetables and lemon thyme sauce

 

 

Desserts

Orange, pomelo and Grand Marnier gratin with honeyed puffed rice

Caramelised pineapple millefeuille, star anise crème patissière, old Rum sauce

Dark chocolate fondant with Biscoff centre, orange tuile

Pear poached in mulled wine, chocolate pannacotta and caramel tuile

Salted caramel, peanuts, and milk chocolate ganache tartlet

It is possible to include a cheese dish for an additional £6 per person

Roasted honeyed goat cheese on a toast with beetroot and salad
